"The ladies working the front desk were wonderful and very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was not good. Everything was dirty and gross. The bathrooms were gross, the floors, the bedding. The hotel smelled like cigarettes. The pictures on the website aren't at all what the hotel looks like. Pretty sure the one of the lobby is AI picture. They area around it looked sketchy. Would not recommend staying there."

"4rooms in total were booked every room had a issue . My presidential suite had no air conditioning in bed room had to move to another room were the toilet didn’t work. 2 of the other rooms had nasty soap scum over shower heads and other room had issues with the TV working , no sound . Staff was helpful but not with a refund."

The staff are all friendly and respectful, the housekeepers are kind, the breakfast is always fresh and replenished during the duration of our stay, and to top it off the pool is always clean and clear.
