"My biggest complaint is that my TV was not connected to the internet so I couldn’t watch anything. I called the property, spoke with the cleaning staff and sent messages and never got any help. If anything more serious were wrong in the room I imagine it would be the same problem. So really poor service other than the cleaning staff who did a good job. "We had a beautiful corner room, loved the furnishings and lovely marble bathroom. The staff was amazing and they were a trip highlight. We parked off site in a parking garage that was less than a block away, the price was about $37 a day. Great location near Union Square. "The general areas were not clean, the other travellers left the kitchen and washrooms dirty and male hair in the bathroom drain. The water pressure is not ideal if you’re looking to get a nice shower. There is an odour in the hallways. The redeeming quality is the bed that was cozy. "
