"Wir hatten ein großes, ruhiges Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr reichhaltig und gut. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft in super Lage."

After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. "Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! "The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "

"Locational is phenomenal, rooms are great for what they are. Check in was a little rough, no on sent us a code to get into the building and the door was locked, so we had to get a local from a shop to call the number on the door for someone to let us in. They clean the room and make the beds everyday, staff is very friendly. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Wir sind angekommen und haben ein Zimmer direkt an der Straße mit zwei kaputten Fensterscheiben bekommen. Am liebsten wären wir gleich wieder abgereist. Das Restaurant im Hotel gibt es nicht. Zum Essen hätten wir noch einmal das Haus verlassen müssen, mit dem Mietwagen, im Dunkeln, nachdem wir seit 14 Stunden auf den Beinen waren und bei Madeiras Straßen, no way. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten und hatten tatsächlich Glück. Ein Zimmer nicht an der Straße, mit Balkon...

"Good location if you have a car. Lovely staff, great pool with steamroom and sauna. Breakfast is really good and plentiful! Not too many reatautant options in the area, but like I said, if you have a car it's great."
