"Across from the train station and a fairly short walk to City Center, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are slightly small but comfortable and the staff was extremely kind."

"Room was very clean and comfortable, thanks for putting in the fan. receptionist was very welcoming and efficient and a lot of fun, so the stay started well. Did not use the facilities so cant comment. Overall very happy and would recommend."

"The hotel was really close to The Station at the airport and very well signposted. I had a lovely big clean room, with a big comfy bed. The toiletries were great, and the coffee machine. My check in was quick and easy. Only down side was I wanted a drink from the bar and it was very busy. There was no room service with drinks. I woudl definitely recommend this hotel to stay before an early flight. I believe they have really early breakfast too if needed."

"Lovely comfy room and flexible air con so we could have the temperature we wanted. Check in busy and slow but staff pleasant. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Only annoyance was noisy guests in the corridor in the early hours. I'd have thought it would be common sense and respectful to talk quietly outside other people's rooms. Minutes from T2 so really convenient (also easy walk to train station). Access from arrivals (ground floor)."

"This is an informative review for future guests. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. From the outside, the building is beautiful and has plenty of character. We had originally booked a standard room but were upgraded to a Signature Room. "Room clean and spacious. Nice walk in shower. Be aware the double (Queen) rooms do not have the advertised air conditioning or power shower. The windows do not open enough to get adequate ventilation in hot weather. When you complain at reception, they initially deny they advertise this and blame the booking company for false advertising. Then when you point out it's advertised as having these facilities on their own website, they concede and give you a desktop fan. The latter isn't very helpful...
