Hotel Belanja di Ratchaprasong

"We loved the staff amazing . We called down at 1:30 am could not use our dryer. They sent up help right away :) it ended up not drying they came up again. In the morning it did not work . The house keeping came up at 7:30 and was done by 8:30 am . They were so sweet we loved it ! Great Thai place 2 blocks to the left . "

"This is the second time I stayed in Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, and it is just as good as the first stay! Staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities at the hotel was great. The bed is nice and comfortable, and room is spacious. I definitely would stay here again if I were back in Bangkok. Thanks."

"It was my third day in Thailand and I needed a place that I can sleep properly. This place did it. The bed was comfortable just like the hotels in the US. The rooms were clean. The hot water were prefect. The foods were great. Everything was great except customer services. I am not Thai, but I can understand Thai language. Please train the staffs to not gossip in front of their customers about that customers. "
