"Positives - good location, good to have the kitchen, TV has integrated Netflix, bed is comfy and bathroom is well laid out. Self-check in process and check-out was easy and smooth.
Negatives - very, very hot in the evening as room faced the internal court yard and evening sun and only one fan supplied. Lift broken and no advance notice given, room was on the sixth floor and it was hard work lugging suitcase up 6 flights of stairs."

"I arrived after midnight to find most other guests outside. They had been evacuated due to a fire alarm being set off accidentally. The real problem seemed to be that the staff on duty didn’t seem to know how to turn it off.
I eventually reached my room around 0100."

"Was a great value Sunday night booking just for a base. And such good value for money I don’t really want to complain about anything. But one thing I will say is the basic double - the bed was smaller than a standard double, and the spring coil mattress… I hardly slept. Could feel the hard spring coils. Could easily be remedied with a mattress topper."

"Excellent hotel in a fab location. The only thing that let it down was a poorly organised breakfast with a lot of items run out (and no more available, according to staff) by 9am on a weekend, which is poor.
Be aware that the spa access and breakfast are NOT included in the Expedia rate, which is not made entirely clear on booking. You need to pay extra for these (breakfast approx £12-18pp, spa access approx £15phpp)."
