"I’ve stayed at the Line multiple times and it’s been my go to choice for stays in DC but this latest stay was the worst. I was called on the day I was to check in that my reservation for May that I made in January had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said because the hotel was overbooked and my card declined the hotel charge. Why would a hotel be charging random cards without authorization or notification not even an hour after check in? I had to work with Expedia to get this rectified but...

"Self check in was easy and fast. For those folks that are not technology proficient, friendly staff are ready & available to help! Rooms are clean & modern. A tablet controls everything from the TV to the lights & temperature! Easily located within walking distance of many attractions!
