"Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir waren wegen Verwandtenbesuchen schon 12 Mal im Bold Frankfurt. Inzwischen wünsche ich mir manchmal etwas fröhlichere Farben in den Zimmern , und dass der Lüfter im Toiletten/duschraum nicht so laut wäre. Aber das ist eher nebensächlich.."

"This is an excellent location with really nice apartments! There is so much within walking distance and its right next to the main train station. Plus they were prompt to help when we made requests. However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... They should provide customers with a code to get through the door. Our phones couldn't make calls. We got lucky that someone already staying there was...

"This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"Ich würde gern weiterempfehlen. Vor allem für die Familie mit Kindern da das hotel hat eine kleine Küche im Zimmer. Liegt sehr nah am Zentrum. Wunderschöne Aussicht. "

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."
