"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway.

"NOT AS ADVERTISED. I love a good vintage boutique hotel, but this one needs some TLC. Pool closed, no restaurant, no bar. Not only are all these spaces very very shut down you aren't even allowed to enjoy the vintage space, use the tables, or sit outside at the tables/chairs - it's all locked up. "Room was really clean, and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection, new choices every day, and was good quality. Pool was a decent size but was clean and nice to cool off in. Area is not the best, a little dangerous compared to other parts of phoenix, but was ok in the day light. Staff was wonderful and super nice. Had a water fountain with clean cold water, and vending machines with a bunch of snacks for good prices!"

"I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my stay was. From the greeting when I arrived to checkout all interactions with positive and friendly. The room and property was clean and maintained. I love that there was EV charging that was reasonably priced. The parking lot was well lit at night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely stay again. I would love to see an offer for repeat stays if so, you would lock in my loyalty. "

"Stayed 2 nights for a concert at State Farm. 15 min drive away from the stadium. Plenty of parking and next to a Starbucks, QTrip and McDonalds. The rooms are more like dorms, with no carpeted floors. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is low. I would stay there again if the price is right. "
