"Stacie is a great hostess! The unit was quite clean when we arrived and stocked with a number of small features that most don’t think to include, but are super nice to have (like bug spray to use in the beautiful backyard), and super comfortable beds and living room lounge furniture. Communication was excellent and super helpful for the visit. Stacie also offered us breakfast every day, which was quite wonderful. We took her up on it and the frittata was tasty. "The Empress is in/near a very nice/cool/fun section of Main St. Good food. Solid galleries. At least two very interesting antique shops. Wonderful ice cream shop. The Community Bakery is very good for pastries, coffee, breakfast or lunch. At the Empress James is a perfect host and took care of everything we needed. We would stay again if our travels take us back to Little Rock."

"Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly!"

"Very slow check in process. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast was good. Would stay here again"

"The best feature of this hotel was the view of the river and far shore, from our room on the eleventh floor. The worst feature was that the old, tired facility is undergoing a major repair/renovation, about which we were not informed. We, and other arrivals, found that we could not pull up to a porte cochere and enter the lobby. Instead, we were met by a construction site and orange fencing. There were no signs. There was no greeter to apologize for and explain the confusing puzzle of where to...

"There were multiple stains and a really weird smell (not a good one). There was chipped paint in the bathroom as well. The smell is what concerned me the most idk what that was but it was like bad perfume. Bed was comfortable and amenities worked."
