"The Empress is in/near a very nice/cool/fun section of Main St. Good food. Solid galleries. At least two very interesting antique shops. Wonderful ice cream shop. The Community Bakery is very good for pastries, coffee, breakfast or lunch.
At the Empress James is a perfect host and took care of everything we needed. We would stay again if our travels take us back to Little Rock."

"What a terrible hotel, especially for the price I paid. The entire place is extremely outdated, trash all over the ground outside and as others have mentioned, parking is an absolute mess. Despite my disappointment about the entire place, I wasn't planning on leaving a review until I woke up the next morning and had no hot water. So yeah, $200 a night and I got to start my day with an ice cold shower. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout. Barely even got an apology. There are so many...
