"Although my room was fine, everyone else I traveled with (9 people in 5 rooms), had major issues which eventually affected me as well. Most of the rooms had problems that required them to move to other rooms. On the morning of our last day, the power flickered in some rooms and went out completely in other rooms. I was on the 25th floor and our elevators were not working. Luckily, one of the service elevators was working so I didn't have to take the stairs. We returned about 6 hours later and...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
