"We had a great time! Our only complaint was that after our long travel day, the check in counter AND a separate rep after tried to upsell us. It lasted about an hour and our kids were exhausted and we didn’t realize what was happening or really have the opportunity to decline. We thought we made a mistake booking there because we were hassled so much at the beginning. But once we learned who to avoid and firmly decline, we had a great time. One of our favorite parts was all of the unique animals and wildlife around. Such an amazing experience! Their kids club was so fun for the kids too! Restaurants were excellent but you have to book with the concierge to get the. Best options. Our personal concierge Erick was extremely helpful."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Seaside Palms. Seaside Suites was closed for renovations, so I was moved to palms. They have a wonderful team, a beautiful resort and location, and I highly recommend seeing all the shows you can!"
