"Clean, compact, centrally located! The room was efficiently laid out. Perfect for single traveller on a short trip. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to check in early so I could get ready for an event I was attending. Only complaint was noise from doors closing in the middle of the night. Sound dampening could be explored."

"Amazing location. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms and property. Great value with the breakfast added, especially. Only downside- rooms are dated and some are dark. My room had no window with natural light, but my friend’s room did. But also, who cares, you’re not in ny for the hotel room decor. I’d stay here over and over again. "

"Great hotel location. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. I called down for coffee one night because they did not refill it in our room for the second day in a row. The man who answered the phone said that he had no access to the coffee and couldn’t help. I was to call back at 9am the next morning!!! He then hung up the phone on me. The beds are so comfortable and the room spacious. The bathroom was beyond small and had a rusty shelf that held glasses and our products- not very...

"Shower didn't drain. It was immediately addressed. Bed is comfortable. Love the storage, coffee, snacks, fridge, robes. Heat/AC work well. Room was quiet and spacious."

"The staff was excellent. The carpet in the hallways needs a cleaning. It’s really a lovely old property in an excellent location. "

"Ice machine was by the lobby, and one of the elevators were down, but they allowed usage of the 2 service elevators on the end of each hallway to make up for it. I was only there for 2 nights but it was comfy. The rooms were very warm but the windows open and it balanced. "
