Our room was very tidy and the staff was very helpful in orienting us to the city and assisting with transportation needs. They were helpful in explaining the routine around checking in after hours and the information to enter the building was very clear, including the videos. "We used the patio eating our meal, the room is small for two people since it’s only one bed ( there’s no available 2 twin beds) The room spray is overpowering that we can’t breathe at night. Maybe it’s the hotel way to keep it smells good. They have to minimize the room spray because it’s very unpleasantly strong scent, to eventually caused you headache. But overall the property is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful."

"Palazzo Gambirasi is an absolute gem in the heart of Centro Storico. I normally go for branded hotels but found this by chance and couldn’t have been happier. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location and a wonderful Rome vibe. Just walk out the door and you’re surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance to many classic sites. The room was clean and charming with an exposed rustic wood ceiling. I will definitely return."
