"Stayed one night to catch an early flight. The front desk staff who checked me in the afternoon was ok i guess; maybe he was tired. When i asked about the shuttle during my check in, he pointed to a sign on the counter. Granted this shuttle services 2 hotels. I had to try to figure out the arrival times by hotel. The sign was not very big in my opinion so i didn't even notice it upon stepping up to the desk.

"Maybe it's common knowledge that "residence and conference centre" means unoccupied college dorms rented out as minimal hotel rooms, but we didn't know and the listing didn't make it clear. It was not an aparthotel in the sense of being a converted apartment building.
My spouse and I checked in to find the room was a small dorm suite with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and kitchenette. Fine for the price.
However, the room was uncomfortably hot and the A/C was not working. Worse, the bedsheets...

"We waited at F3 as instructed in terminal 1. The shuttle did not come and we were waiting for over an 1 hour. I called several times to confirm.
