"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care."

"The reception when we arrived at The Londoner was amazing, and the hotel is well placed for central London touring - we couldn't have asked for better convenience. The Londoner is enticingly decorated and we loved our rooms and furnishings, including the shower and bidet. We loved all of the decor. The receptionist who handled my check-in was surprisingly abrupt and indifferent when delivering the news that my room wasn't ready. Across the board, the front desk staff lacked the professional warmth and hospitality required to create a welcoming impression.
