"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"Ich mag den Style des Hotels. finde aber, dass bei diesen Preisen auch etwas in die Renovation gesteckt werden könnte. Vieles wirkt in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Die Aircondition ist sehr laut, hat am letzten Tag gar nicht mehr funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, dunkel und hatte kaum Abstellflächen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Dachterrasse ist eine Oase, super um sich vom Tag in der Stadt zu erholen."
