"Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained.
No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying."

"First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time
Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water.
Stay at your own risk where there is no in person reception and only had to rely on WhatsApp text especially when on vacation prefer some well known hotel chain"

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr klein (Deluxe). Es gab leider keinen Schrank, nur ein offenes Regal mit einer Kleiderstange und vier festen Bügeln. Man kann im Grunde nur aus dem Koffer leben. 2 Koffer sind dann schon schwierig unterzubringen. Das Fenster war leider nur einen Spalt breit zu öffnen (waagerecht) und konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Das Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war okay-englisch + div. Blätterteiggebäck/
Croissants, 2 Sorten Toast, gek. Eier, Kochschinken,...

"I always like staying here, it's got quite expensive but it has everything I prefer. The property is beautiful, the rooms are lovely although some can be noisy. The pool is an absolute treat and so are the lovely steam room & sauna. It can get a bit busy down there but if you get it to yourself it's heaven! Breakfast is expensive but very good with excellent vegetarian options, the staff in the restaurant are the best :) the cocktail bar is good but pricey and sometimes the service is a bit off...

"The room and the shower was very good - especially the shower was spotless. Although, when I asked about couple of simple amenities like slippers, I was told "We don't have anything." That threw me off..
Also, in the descriptions it says there's complementary breakfast and in fact there isn't - that should be corrected.
It was overall a good stay."

"Our experience of this hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was really clean. Had a large bedroom for three of us. The location was very good in that we could walk to Gloucester Road tube station in 5 minutes. We didn’t avail of the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. "
