"The staff was so delightful, the atmosphere at the drey was wonderful. it’s Beautiful. the bedrooms are small but I knew of that before booking so that was no surprise. Id like to add the floors in the rooms could’ve been vacuumed better. But overall I extremely enjoyed my stay at The Drey. I would 100% recommend to stay at the drey!"

"Check-in and the room were good, Unfortunately there were no staff on duty in the morning and on calling the helpline we were told someone was arriving, After waiting an hour they had still not arrived and a long term guest told us they never arrived before 11.
The left baggage capacity is not sufficient (it is a few lockers) so if they are full you cannot leave your luggage. The information provided by the hotel is inaccurate and the facilities described are not provided."

"Excellent location with amazing food options close by. Room was as described though it took some time to get the air conditioning working correctly (possibly me). The door was also very noisy as it would vibrate when the outside fire doors were opened or closed, fixed with some cardboard. Minor issues and easily fixed. Would definitely stay there again."

"Ellen is a lovely hotel in a very good Kensington location, 2 minute walk from Earl’s Court tube. The staff are so accommodating - particularly Petrolena and Shiek - we never had a wish unfulfilled. The beds are comfy. Nice coffee maker in room. Great pillows. The only thing lacking was the onsite restaurant. The staff were great but the food was meh."

"The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"Room was spotless and amazing decor, location etc. However when we arrived the heating had been set to 21 degrees and it was incredibly hot outside. The AC wouldn’t work and when I asked politely at reception I was told the ac hasn’t been put on for the whole building yet and to simply open a window…onto a main road in zone 1 London? I didn’t know if basic science was lacking amongst reception staff, but warm air from outside circulating inside will only keep things…warm.
