"Stay away!!! I think it’s being used as a brothel, no sound isolation at all. Had a horrible stay. Did not get to change rooms even when I described how the neighbor was extremely noisy while being intimate, throughout the day. They suggested I’d get earplugs. Did not have functional internet, they said they couldn’t help with that, had to use my phone as hotspot to get the TV to work at all. They were not very nice to talk with either. It ruined my trip by far, never experienced such bad...

"Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained.
No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying."

"First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time
Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water.
Stay at your own risk where there is no in person reception and only had to rely on WhatsApp text especially when on vacation prefer some well known hotel chain"

"When I first booked, I was offered a free upgrade and it was anything but that. The minute my husband and I arrived, the room was absolutely freezing. It was also marketed that we were staying in Notting Hill and we were not. There were no extra blankets and the bed was a full-size bed. That same night, the water was over flowing and not draining in the shower. The next day, maintenance came to look at the shower and the heat and as soon as we arrived back to turn on the shower, it was leaking...

"A superb hotel! I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending an event at Olympia. It is a short 10-15 minute walk from the venue, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the decor looked fresh and well maintained. My room was perfect for a short stay - comfortable bed, desk with small chair, space for hanging clothes, a safe, a fridge (that was a bonus!) and a kettle. Opening window was also welcome. There was fresh still and sparkling...

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Pool wunderschön, die Betten super bequem. Die Aussicht fiel leider flach, wir schauten direkt auf die Hauswand gegenüber, nur ca. 2 Meter entfernt. Bademäntel und Hausschuhe gab's nur auf Nachfrage, das ist mittlerweile aber so üblich, die integrierten USB-C-Steckdosen waren klasse, kein Adapter nötig! Das Interieur macht viel daher."

"The room and the shower was very good - especially the shower was spotless. Although, when I asked about couple of simple amenities like slippers, I was told "We don't have anything." That threw me off..
Also, in the descriptions it says there's complementary breakfast and in fact there isn't - that should be corrected.
It was overall a good stay."

"Ideal for if you just need a clean, cozy place to sleep at the end of the night. Located in one of London's most expensive neighborhoods, it has the accessibility of 3 tube lines right down the block. There are also 4 supermarkets just downstairs, and a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area. It's on a busy street and never did it feel unsafe.
The room was generally very clean and big with a comfy bed and adjustable AC, but has atypical misses. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a guitar...
