"Très bon hôtel, bien placé au centre. Seul bémol les restaurants en bas de l'hôtel très bruyant le soir jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Personnel au top : gentillesse serviable bravo et merci à eux. Chambre spacieuse ( nous avions la 204), propre, très bien. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Residentas. My husband and I were traveling with our three children. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and used the couch bed which worked perfectly. The apartment was clean, colorful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot. We were presently surprised that the apartment was quiet despite the Christmas festival happening immediately outside! We would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a very clean, welcoming environment, and felt safe. Window view of the local shops was lovely. Two restrooms were much appreciated for a family of four. Washer/dryer was very helpful as we packed light. Location to sites and public transportation was perfect! The complimentary wine and tarts were an awesome special touch. "The hotel is perfectly central located in Chiado District in old Lisbon, close to shopping stores, licor store Garrafeira Nacional, lots of restaurant options walking distance. Very clean room and common areas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The amenities in the room includes: Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine and coffee pods, kattle with selection of tea, minifridge, bathroom amenities. Great bar at the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel for business or tourist travel to Lisbon."
