"Upon my arrival, the staff was extremely helpful and gave me a tour of the guesthouse. The room I got was large with a beautiful old window that opened to a nice view and breeze and the room also came with a tower fan which I really appreciated. The free breakfast was really great and filling and the bathrooms stayed stocked up. The proximity to the metro was extremely useful for me and it's so easy to get to/from the airport."

"Our recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The air conditioning was non-functional, so we switched to another room. However, the housekeeping staff removed the key, causing the AC to stop working again. We left the key in, but they removed it anyway, leaving our rooms hot and uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping in four different rooms throughout our stay. We understand that they may remove the key to conserve electricity, but they clearly don’t care about their guests’ comfort. Some...
