"This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room from a studio to a one-bedroom, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. When we arrived at the room, it was about 90% ready. "We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "
