"This place was very clean and check-in process was very fast . Only issue was the fact that I tried to negotiate with a the receptionist ( a male) staying till 12 instead of 10 am but they refused and were rigid requesting me to pay extra charge for that . They are very strict about check out . That upset me a lot when I even asked for just 1 hr till 11 am and he still refused . "My three daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The location is not ideal (20 minute walk to Shinjuku station) but we are fit and didn't find it that inconvenient. "This hotel had a good breakfast with helpful breakfast staff. I travelled with a blind companion and was helped up with luggage to the hotel when we arrived but when we were checking out the staff were quite unhelpful.
The location was very good if you were looking for nightlife. We did find the Rose really small they were the smallest of all the runs in our stay and it was a struggle to fit in our luggage."
