a l arrivée dans l hôtel , après avoir pense que j avais payer en totalité ma chambre, on m annonce qu il faut payer encore une taxe de 2,60€ et un supplément de 15€ pour mes 3 chiens( alors que il n y a écrit chiens admis sur la réservation), pourquoi pas une taxe pour le papier toilettes? et désagréablement surpris par la froideur du personnel… je dois en 2026 prendre plusieurs chambres d hôtel, j envisage peut être d aller voir la concurrence…

Un lit planche de bois, une chambre chauffée à 30degre à l’arrivée un gel douche manquant le papier toilette qui ne va pas sur le dérouleur prévu pour. La chambre pue la peinture, elle a été refaite, nous sommes les premiers clients l’occupant. Et le pire le petit déjeuner demander le soir ou pour 7 euros par personne vous avez le droit à un café moyen et un bout de pain. Bref je ne recommande pas.

Il y a eu bien des améliorations dans les chambres et salles de bain. Par contre ce qui reste épouvantable c'est la porte je n'ai pas regardé la fenêtre mais la porte est suffisante pour ne pas être satisfait de la chambre : - porte fermée et lumière éteinte on constate les rayons de lumière extérieure tout autour de la porte. Il n'y a ni étanchéité de l'air, ni de lumière et encore moins de bruit. A St Cyr, l'hôtel se trouve le long de la rue très passagère et toute la nuit j'ai été dérangée. Je pense qu'un joint, même du côté extérieur de la porte, apporterait un minimum de confort.
