"I paid for this at beginning of may through Expedia and the amount was different to what I’d paid when booking , have tried numerous complaints methods with Expedia and still ongoing"

The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). Onsite laundry room was not as described in the listing - only one washer/drier and no air dryers on loan and the room was not secured (lock broken). The building...
