"Arrival and check in was effortless and everyone was very nice, we arrived around 930 and check in is actually not until 3pm.We received a temporary card and the suitcases were kept for us. We were able to enjoy all anemities right away. Room was ready by noon. Loved the lay out of the room and the decor. The fridge was filled daily and room service appeared to come through twice a day. Pools were great, and the kiddy pools were awesome. The beach is amazing and nice unfortunately though the area is NOT swimable. For me that is a turn off but considering pretty much most of the whole Los Cabos/ Cabo San Lucas coastline is pretty much not swimable due to the currents. Everyone who works at the resort and who we encountered was very nice, accommodating and pleasant. Food was decent some foods on the buffet could have been changed out more often. But for the most part there was plenty to eat and snack. Enjoyed breakfast at the ocean restaurant. It was a little more intimate and cooked to order. "

"The room was satisfactory the cleaning was subpar but they did sweep our floors whenever we allowed. The staff were kind but the service could use a little work we had trouble with our room in the beginning with our sliding door and a lizard being in our room and were just told goodluck! The drinks were okay as well as the food we ate off the resort more due to this. I definitely would not stay again but for the price we paid for our spring break trip it sufficed. If you are looking to drink definitely look somewhere else this place is definitely for an older crowd and families. "

"This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!! "

"Despite promising to be accommodating to my diet, they failed repeatedly to properly mark the food in the buffet, so I constantly had to ask staff which foods were safe for me to eat. The rooms were also not cleaned unless you left at 8am on the dot. "

"Their membership process was overwhelming, very pushy. They were short staffed, line ups to get drinks (no one around to serve you) and line ups to get inside for a table at the buffet. Even served ourselves wine as there were only 2 staff members serving a very large area. Staff was always very pleasant. Hotel also needs updating, looked very old or tired in many areas. "

"The property is well located for groceries, beach access and the "Tourist Bus" known as the purple and orange bus "Ruta del Desierto public bus." I especially liked the new La Comer City Market next door. You can take the Ruta drl Desierto bus to and from the SJD airpirt for 95 pesos cash per person one way. You can also take the same bus to San Lucas for 45 pesos per person one way. The staff are very friendly and professional. They work very hard and always have a wave/smile for you. The air conditioning worked great in the separate bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen had most items you would need. "
