"Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also.
Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. Buffet is a little expensive at $30 per person. We did not do the all inclusive so we saved money and ate at...

"They don’t offer a refrigerator for your room, they make you rent one, no water was offered, you had to buy it at the front desk. When asked to have a water while waiting in line at the front desk they said they didn’t have any water available but water was sitting right behind the desk. After receiving the refrigerator we had to rent, the staff plugged in the refrigerator and it started an electrical fire in our room. "Staff: Most staff were rude, inexperienced, not trained in customer service or just completely incompetent. Cleanliness: Sheets were disgusting, ghost ants all over the bathroom and the smell of mold was terrible. Had to change rooms to find one that I could actually breath in. Food: gross! Communication on property: non-existent or conflicting. This is more of a budget hotel than a resort. "

"This was one of the best places we have every stayed. It had a smaller feel and didn't feel busy at all. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, the staff was top notch and super friendly. We would come back every year if we could!"

"A nice, small resort with good food. Everything felt close together and easy to get to. The pool and beach were great. In the hotel room, the bathroom could use some updating, but beds were comfortable. Because it wasn't crowded, it wasn't noisy after about 10 pm, when the evening entertainment ended."

"Tous les repas étaient copieux et frais, choix de fruits et légumes variés ! Délicieux! après deux semaines nous étions encore sous le charme et serions bien restés plus longtemps! Nous avons fait de la plongée sous-marine tous les jours à partir de la plage! wow! et l'hôtel était pour moi un gros coup de coeur!!"
