"Super clean, great location, large rooms, and bathroom. Very clean. most of the front desk was very nice and helpful. They only supplied one bottle of water per guest for the entire stay, which is ridiculous. A bottle of water cost about $.25 and I felt that there should’ve been a fresh one in the refrigerator each morning. The buffet was the same every day and all in all pretty good. We did not eat in the restaurant otherwise but the setting was lovely."

"It's Rome....everything is old. However, the room we stayed in was remodeled and very clean. Location was excellent as it was central to all the sights of Rome and well within walking distance. Although central to all the sights and in a fairly busy area of the city, the room was amazingly quiet when the window were closed. The only complaint is the elevator did not work 2 times doing our 5 day stay. Cannot say enough good things about the receptionist at the desk, Valerie. She provided transportation when we asked, made excellent recommendations for dining and whenever we called the desk she answered immediately."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It is a bit outside the main attractions of the city, but is right by the tram line which was wonderful. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. We got a bundle deal with utilization of the spas 1 hour each day. There were some issues when utilizing the Mayan spa which we mentioned. We also were not aware the juice and water were free when we utilized the spaces. Overall a great stay and we would return I would rate it 4.5/5."

"Our first time in Rome and glad we stayed here instead of city center. There are several restaurants and bars nearby and yet our room was quiet (which was much appreciated). Staff was helpful and rooftop bar was a nice touch for apertivo or night cap. Hotel smells lovely too Would stay again! Minor inconvenience: parking but we were directed to nearest parking garage. We tried to order room service two days in advance row but they never brought us the card to order in advance even when we went to the front desk to ask for one. Our room faxed the courtyard which I would’ve changed if we stayed more than our 2 nights bc I’m claustrophobic but it worked well for the quiet."

On of the best experiences Ive had in the world, and definitely on this visit to Italy."

"Perfect location. Walks away from all major tourists attractions and shopping locations. Safe ( near the lower house of the Italian parlament) wirh 24/7 security near the hotel. The room was very clean and housekeeping was offered daily. Bathroom was renovated but the room was not. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel offered breakfast that was delicious with a wide variety of options. And coffee was to die for! ( ask your servers to make you one instead of making it yourself :) Overall fantastic. We would stay there again. Hopefully, in the future, in upgraded rooms."
