"This felt like an hotel in decline. The communal spaces were brightly lit even in the evening and therefore there was no atmosphere. The corners of the shower were not sealed properly and had black deposits in them. "We stayed for 3 nights, day 1 there was no hot water, so no shower or cleaning from the sink, staff sorted it out! Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it. Guess we were a little unlucky but lots of positive things as well"

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms cleanliness was very good. Location of the Hotel is close to sea front, and the wonderful Russell Cotes house.
