"We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! "

Breakfast was lacking compared to what other hotels offer in terms of variety. We got caught twice at the pool where there were no clean towels. I would say bring your own from home if possible as there is no daily room service, so you would be caught trying to find someone looking for extras if you bring them from your room. "This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. We brought our small dog, which was nice, although they use some kind of room deodorizer that was overpowering and very strong. I had a headache the first night from it.
