"It was a tiny room, but very convenient since the hotel was located near the train station.
Breakfast and housekeeping was included. Overall, a good experience. I would stay there again. "

"The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!"

"The staff was nice but the facility is old and moldy everywhere. We couldn’t find any other hotels that were available to we stayed but I don’t think I would stay there again because of how old and moldy it was. "

"Clean, simple and cosy. Brilliant location and easy enough to find and check-in.
On the smaller side and a bit tight for taller westerners but if you’re looking for an easy and convenient place to crash after exploring nakano and other Tokyo wards it’s a great option. "

"Very ample room and great amenities. The lobby is very helpful and serviceable. Centrally located but the hotel has quite a few restaurants and other stores, including a 7-11 onsite. "
"We enjoyed our weeks stay. The room was small but served our needs. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was really good. Very lively lobby and restaurants made the hotel feel friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding. We enjoyed it every morning and found the variety was enough to keep us happy. The food is excellent quality. We also ate in the restaurant several nights including the rainy cold night we arrived from NYC. Only minus is the advertised laundry room is very small for an entire hotel and was always busy. So factor that into your stay."
"We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and staffed by professional, courteous and attentive team members across the board.
The rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards and serviced daily without needing to request housekeeping. Complimentary water is provided, and the hotel takes recycling seriously, which we appreciated.
The spa was a standout experience. The staff were highly skilled, professional and clearly very experienced. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and calm.
The concierge, front desk, doormen and bell staff were consistently helpful with questions, directions and transportation. The hotel is conveniently located near a train line, making it easy to get around, and taxis are always readily available.
If you are looking for a comfortable, roomier hotel with excellent service, this is a great choice. The only note is that the hotel attracts many international travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again."
