"Our stay was great, beautiful room and resort. We went off season and there was barely anyone there. It is definitely a pool resort, we pretty much got a private pool as there were multiple pools spread across the resort and no one there. Would definitely recommend, lots of activities to do in resort and multiple à la carte restaurants that allow walk in. The only negative would be the beach as it was not swimmable due to the excess sargassum and night shows were fun but more on the amateur...

"The resort itself was beautiful! The food was pretty normal if you’ve very stayed at an all inclusive, you know what you’re getting yourself into. However, it’s very selective on what restaurants are open & when, the staff was very unfriendly, they acted like they didn’t want to serve you or help. We even may sure to tip like the pool bar boys etc, and they still acted like we were inconveniencing them."
