"小学生の娘二人と母親の私でファミリールームを利用しました。四泊お世話になりましたがとても快適でした。 子どもたちはおしゃれで広い部屋に大喜び。部屋のIHが使えなかったのですが、代わりにレンジで温めて軽食を取れました。 地下鉄7号線の駅が近く、仁川空港行きのバスもそこから乗降でき、中心部から少し離れていますがアクセスは良かったです。 飲食店はそれなりにありましたが、急にソウルへ行けることになって、ホテル近くの店を調べる余裕がなく、近くのオシャレなカフェしか行きませんでした。 近くのスーパーやコンビニの店員さんも親切でしたし、フロントの男性の方は日本語を話せるようでした。フロントは24時間対応で、早朝深夜のチェックイン、チェックアウトもできました！"

"Lokasi hotel sangat baik, terhubung dengan Coex Exhibition Center dan mall. Disitu juga ada stasiun bis khusus ke airport. Kondisi kamar sangat bersih walaupun furniture dan bed sudah tidak baru. Proses check in dan check out sangat cepat dan baik"

"When I arrived in Korea and took the bus to the residence, I was nervous because I arrived late (latest check-in was around 11pm I believe) missed my bus stop and arrived around a little past midnight, the owner was so nice and hospitable and let me check-in after the initial time. He showed me how to use the amenities (you don’t have to use an actual key to unlock the door, it’s electronic, just put the sensor up to the door handle and it’ll unlock, it’ll lock by itself once you get inside)...

"Excellent property with large suites especially for Seoul. The location could not be better in the heart of Insadong. Traveled as a family of 4 with two children aged 9 & 11 and booked a two bedroom suite. Safe, clean, great gym, clean, great staff, and large pool. The Korean BBQ restaurant downstairs was really good as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Office staff were amazing and VERY helpful. I enjoyed my stay at SLA. Even though there is a palace and a temple across the street, I felt the area definitely had a more "neighborhood" feel and less "touristy". The only possible dings would be (1) it is a walk-up, so if mobility is an issue, it is something to think about; and (2) the nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away... However, bus stops are very close and plentiful and it is pretty easy to hail a cab."

"후기 남기는 편이 아닌데 이 건은 다른 분들을 위해 남깁니다. 시내를 도보로 이동할 수 있다는 점은 장점이고, 거실 부엌에 방이 두 개라는 점도 가족 여행에는 장점이겠죠. 근데 아기랑 있기에 너무 지저분했고 작은 방에서는 벌레들도 많이 나왔어요. 구석구석 먼지가 가득해서 물걸레질을 따로 했는데 하얀 걸레가 시커매질 정도였고 화장실은 환기가 전혀 안 되고 후라이팬은 코팅이 다 벗겨져 곰팡이가 피어 있었습니다. 아기랑 여행하시는 분들은 꼭 참고하세요."

"Hotel ini untuk kamar ok lah, cukup luas dan kebersihan ok, air minum ada disediakan di dispencer disetiap lantai. Andai mau ke seoul metro cukup dekat kira2 5 menit, di bawah Lotte Fitin, yaitu stasiun Dongdaemun HIstory Park exit 12 lalu tinggal belok ke kiri sesudah keluar dr Lottefitin mal. Di kamar ada kompor utk masak mie dan menghangatkan yg simple2 juga ada microwave dan peralatan masak simple. Yg paling bagusnya, di depan hotel, ada halte bus yg langsung ke airport. Hanya kalau utk...

"It was in a good location with a decent cafe, a convenience store at the ground floor, and the subway just steps away. Requested additional pillows because there was only 1 pillow for each person but we were told there were none available. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again in the future."

"The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. However, my friend and I only stayed 5 nights so we were...
