"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff was wonderful, friendly, professional, all requests were met with an immediate response and cheerfulattitude. The room was above our expectations, very luxurious. The food was always top-notch, hot, delicious and nicely presented. The only slight disappointment was with the bar service, they didn't have our favorite local beer and mixed drink offerings were simple. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"I went swimming in the pool and my bikini turned yellow afterwards. Even the towel turned yellow. The hotel staff was really not helpful. They tried to clean my bikini and it didn’t work. They said, that they checked the pool and it was ok. Nevertheless the floor wasn’t wiped once during our stay. There is no hairdryer in the room. We ordered a transfer from the hotel to the airport and when we wanted to leave nothing was organized! I would not visit this hotel again!"
