"Everything was just absolutely lovely. Staff very kind and welcoming. Check in was extremely smooth. Room was more than adequate, beds comfy. Shampoo/ conditioner was high quality. Breakfast was delicious and so many options, beautiful and comfy seating area. Location was just right to get out of the hustle and bustle of busier areas in the evening/ morning but train station is practically connected to hotel so very easy and convenient. I’ll be back again. Thank you. "

"The room we had was dated. Decor probably from the 80s. There was also a hole on the wall and my headboard had some strange smear that I didn't want to question. The staff however are wonderful and the breakfast worth it in my opinion. It is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the train station. Not far also to Haneda airport. About 40 min by train to downtown Tokyo."

"Didn’t know they offered airport shuttle. This would have been convenient if we knew as we booked a private car. The hotel was great, we only had a brief stay to refresh between a cruise and flight home. The staff were helpful and the check out process was quick and convenient. "

"Great place to stay in Tokyo. Unfortunately, The breakfast is not Japanese breakfast which I prefer "
