"My experience at the Riu in Cabo San Lucas was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The resort is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, sparkling pools, and breathtaking ocean views everywhere you turn. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well‑appointed, with daily housekeeping that went above and beyond. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, whether at the buffets or the specialty restaurants. I especially loved the fresh seafood and the fun themed nights. The entertainment team kept the energy high all day, and the evening shows were genuinely impressive. The beach access was perfect, and watching the sunrise over the water was unforgettable. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. This resort exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun, and luxurious getaway in Cabo, the Riu is the place to be. I can’t wait to come back."

"Management needs to have more staff at night, I truly don’t appreciate being put on hold EVERY SINGLE NIGHT when calling the front desk for things like pillows and towels. If we weren’t placed on perpetual hold, the phone was answered and we were hung up on immediately. Not ok. I can almost guarantee there wasn’t enough staff. Morning of the 9th, the in-water pool bar outside building 7 was closed, and that was a little frustrating. Nighttime lighting around the property needs to be better as well."

"Property was beautiful, the food was AMAZING, and every staff member was so nice! The golf cart drivers were fun and made the experience more enjoyable. Only negative thing we experienced was that the mattresses were hard and very uncomfortable."
