"My wife and I took our 10 year anniversary trip here and absolutely loved it! Jason was amazing and helped make our trip wonderful! We loved that we could walk or hop on the breeze to get around! Such a beautiful place! Can’t wait to go back!"

"Property was beautiful and clean, direct access to the private beach. Very small, we had 2 adults and 1 teen, the room had a bed and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa blocked the bathroom when opened. Parking was very tight and made getting your luggage into your room difficult. They also have about 6 2nd floor rooms that i was unaware of and ended up getting one, no elevator.Staff were excellent and helpful, bed was comfortable."

"The room way very clean. The house keeping came and replaced our towels as needed and took our used towels without asking- superb. They were always available when needed and so helpful. The location was prime. Honey moon was great and highly recommend this place to everyone. Will be coming back again."

Very confusing for my first solo trip and knowing how check out procedures work for a hotel. No one was available in “reception” meaning there was a note hanging on the “office” door. "The location was good and the idea of it is good but a deep cleaning and some regular maintenance work is much needed. My entire family was congested after the first night, although the air conditioning works, it desperately needs to be cleaned. The bathroom shower head has little water pressure, it was better to shower outside if only there was some privacy. Aside from that the owners were very kind and responsive."

"Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. "The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration.
