"Herculean effort to keep a declining property relevant. Room was clean. Pool area, including loungers, was disgusting with all the bird crap. They did power wash it the day before I left. Pool water was clean. Seawall is across the street which is nice. Kroger is across the street, which was nice except for the loud street noise. Apparently it just changed owners. All in all, you get what you pay for. "

"The outside of the Inn was inviting and a little deceptive. The mini golf and the pool were useful but could use some renovations. The actual room is where the let down begins. There was a moldy scent upon entry. Beds were comfortable. The tub was cracked and leaking. There was a part of the shower that was taped and the adhesive was spreading and made showering annoying because you had to stand in a certain position to avoid feeling like the shower was going to fall in. "I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"A TRUE beach hotel, in ambience, location and amenities! The only flaw ( which adds to the ambience) is no elevators, etc. Got to be able to do them stairs here! Would come again . . .says it all!"

"This place very dirty.. The chairs are very dirty on the balcony. I had to buy Lysol to clean them. There was lot of hair on the towels. Also found someone hair clip and food on the dinner tray.The pool chlorine was unbearable and extremely dirty tissue on the floor and trash and broken window. I was there the first day we were there and when we left .We stood there for two nigh stay. Don’t stay here very filthy"
