"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. "Pool was great! The pool area needs a pressure wash & new pool chairs, loungers& new towels. In the room the bedding sheets & cover were stained. Hard to get warm or hot water. Having a washer was great! A full couch would be nice. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Doorman was good & the housekeeper we had was friendly. Location was good. Grocery store beside was very nice. But not sure we would return to this hotel apartment. "

"This serviced apartment has exceeded my expectations and more. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. The whole place from swimming pool to reception are clean and modern. The room is big. For a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and staying for almost 2 weeks, its very convenient to have our own space, living room and kitchen.
