Finding the office was a bit confusing upon arrival. The community is large with plenty of signage, might be good to use the "Greenview" sign as a reference to the office location. The room was spacious and well equipped, though the bathroom walls could use a wipe down. The location is perfect if you want quieter but also close to everything. Do rent a car, it's simple to get around. The pool area had lots of lizard(?) poop, I did ask for the large pile at the entrance to the pool to be cleaned up, to no avail. Overall, staff was pleasant and place was nice.

We loved our penthouse room at The Reef. It had everything we needed and the lanai/view was out of this world. Itā€™s a short drive from golf, groceries, several beaches and Willemstad. Somehow, we did not get the memo that there was a very information app to use until check out, so that was disappointing to say the least. We cannot wait to go back again.

Beautiful property in a convenient area as long as you have a car. The only complaint I have is about the staff. Most of the staff there seem annoyed when asked anything and were generally not very helpful. The office offers taxi scheduling services and I decided to use that for transportation to a prepaid cruise. I checked in with the staff in person and was told that my ride was CONFIRMED. After 15 minutes of waiting for my taxi later that day I went back to the office and was told that I should have confirmed with the girl that was there earlier and that I should have called as well (I called multiple times and did not receive an answer, hence why I confirmed in person). There was a seperate day that cleaning service came at 9AM and I asked them to come back the next day. They told me okay and two days passed without me hearing anything. I asked the office if I could get cleaning service to my room and they told me that they only clean on certain days but did not tell me what days. Really beautiful property and great area, the staff are the only reason for the lower rating.

It was very good. The only thing to add, is the furniture on the terrace does not at all reflect the photo. They have many units for rental, and our terrace furniture was not confortable at all. The same observation was made from other tourists renting other units.

El departamento es bonito y cĆ³modo. Queda en un condominio realmente lindo y con playa privada. Estuvimos 5 dĆ­as y no realizaron limpieza. Tuvimos problemas con el sensor de incendio, sonaba a cada rato hasta que lo desconectaron. Sugerencia: poner mĆ”s copas de vino de cristal o vidrio.
