"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. "A beautiful art deco gem in the perfect location for me in Chelsea. Although my room didn’t have a view it was wonderfully quiet and the bed/pillows were without the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel in my life. Staff were generally very helpful. Will definitely stay here again when next in NYC."

The 2nd floor lounge is a quiet spot to reset with complimentary snacks, beverages and fruit. The rooms are typical New York small but cozy with the cute library theme. "Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."

"Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly."
