"The housekeeping service was poor, I almost didn't get any service for my room, food is poor quality but it is eatable, the staff at the restaurants and bar were ok, some pool need deep cleaning, I haven't seen any maintainance during my stay."

"The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent vacation! They really went out of their way to help me celebrate my birthday as well! The room was very clean and comfortable and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The private beach was great and the service in the restaurant and bar was top notch! We also used the gym several times and were very pleased with the extensive equipment and staff. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend!...
