"Room seals not clean"

"Excellent location, impressive customer care, amazing location with rooftop bar and nightclub!"

"It was ok but crazy expensive"

"Staff never cleaned my room during my 5 days at the hotel."

"I had a fantastic time up there, it was well center and pretty close to everything around the area, a great bargain for your buck especially around that area when most hotel were going for $500 a night, close to the memorial site for 9/11, the bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious, clean and smelled good, the gym was well equipped and functioning, the coffee machine in the lobby was amazing, and the views outside the one40 restaurant were incredible, the staffs were friendly and...

"This was my BEST stay in NYC! The location is beautiful, very well maintained and located in a safe area. I loved the rooms, they’re big, comfortable and clean, the bathroom was hands down a 100/10! Spacious, modern, clean and comfortable as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was home. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel in my next trip, I loved EVERYTHING about it ❤️"

"Simple, budget-friendly, clean, and convenient. Only 4 min walk from a subway station (line E). Located in a nice area. Many good restaurants and bars around. The Greenacre park is across the street with beautiful waterfalls and a cozy cafe. Room is very small, basic, but quiet, comfortable, and functional. I would stay again."

"The staff were super friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Buen lugar para hospedarse, buen trato del personal, el desayuno no es lo mejor del mundo, no hay mucha variedad, pero de ahí en más 5/5 para hospedarse"

"We didn't like that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, room was hot even with the fan. No coffee machines in the room and you have to pay for water for a $1. I feel they could have given out complimentary water. Rooms were small but clean! Staff were helpful!"
