"All was wonderful till the end. Good location by many great spots for food, drink, and waterfront. Unfortunately at the end of out visit my Mom fell out front hitting her glasses, nose, teeth, hand, knee. When I asked for an ice pack or first aid kit at the front desk, they had nothing. An empty kit and apparently no ice machine."

"The room was very clean, close to a subway, nothing to explore in the area... my view from Terrace was uhal. It got noisy being on the second floor. They room was in excellent condition, the dwell shower was my favorites, the bed was soft and the pillows were fluffy. I had a great sleep, which is why i went "

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"
