"I enjoyed my stay at Airport Honolulu. I love the fact that they provide transportation to and from the airport. The room was clean and spacious with a microwave, hot pot, and fridge. There is a restaurant with friendly staff and a gift shop all located in the hotel."

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

"Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken."

"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"Was looking for a nice recently updated hotel in Waikiki that wasn't far from the beach. Outrigger Paradise was perfect for the cost. Very clean and nice hotel. Open lobby and kind staff. We walked, uber'd, and rode the bus to our destinations and the bus stop across the street was convenient. Tons of shopping and coffee places. Target was a block away inside International Marketplace and ABC was across the street. Cool taco stand up the block for a quick bite. No coffee shop in hotel but there...

"This resort was the best. The beach, the water, pool, shops, restaurant (RumFire), rooms… just perfect. Such a clean place. Our view was breathtaking. I plan on staying here again next time we visit Oahu."

"I had an okay stay overall. The location was AMAZING, which was definitely the highlight. However, when booking this hotel, I assumed we’d be able to swim in the ocean directly next to the property. Unfortunately, the water was extremely shallow with rocks everywhere, and we only lasted about 20 minutes before walking nearly half a mile down the beach just to find a swimmable area. Another issue was the room temperature. I normally keep my room around 69–70 degrees, but our room wouldn’t go...

"The staff in checking was not welcoming at all. Very dismissive which I thought was very odd for a hotel that was claiming to be luxury. Not a curated experience at all. Rooms very fine but the bathroom was very dated for that price point. Door hinges were rusting and there were water stains on the light fixtures. Was expecting a much higher end experience at that price point. Won’t be coming back"
