"The beach in front of the hotel is great for swimming. We were able to rent beach umbrellas and chairs from the beach services company right next to the hotel. We usually rented in the morning, they often sold out by the afternoon. Bring swim shoes for the beach, it had some rocks. "This place was perfect. It was clean, had all the amenities, close proximity to the ocean and stores. The owners were very responsive to any needs although there aren’t any questions because everything was simple and perfectly orchestrated. I would stay there again and again. Planning on another trip next year and already planning to stay here. Waking up to a view of the mountain was an added bonus."

"After reading the reviews I tried to cancel my reservation but wasn’t able to cancel and I’m SOOOOOOOO happy I didn’t. EVERYTHING that I read was negative about this property turned out quite the opposite! I got two rooms for my wife and kids and we had the upmost best of time! These rooms were like penthouses, clean, wonderful views, spacious and ideally located for our holiday vacation. Excellent value for me and my family!!! "

"Absolutely one of the best vacations we’ve had. You simply cannot beat this beachfront location. We were in apartment 1204 and it was fabulous. It had all the basics for cooking and having a washer/dryer inside the unit was useful. The staff at Castle Waikīkī Shore were friendly and helpful. It’s a very short walk to great food and cocktails. We are already looking to book again for next year. "

"I chose this property because I was traveling with my 91 year old mother. We had a lovely large room, two beds, a full kitchen with utensils, a large bathroom, and a large private balcony. Our rom faced the sunset, with harbor and ocean views. We were able to park our rental car at a highrise parking lot in the next door building. Staff were very helpful. we'll definitely return!"
