"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

For example, they installed the containers for body wash and shampoo on my hotel's bathroom wall. But they never filled it up with actual bodywash and shampoo. "I booked online for an emergency. I arrived and it looked deserted. I saw someone working and knocked on the door no one came to the door. I was charged and had to find somewhere else to stay. I think this place is a scam."

"The room we booked was quite small so we asked to upgrade to a suite. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Our suite was perfect. Plenty of room, a real kitchen, separate bedroom and a large patio. "

When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. "Very poor hotel. Doors did not close fully, lock was barely hanging on and in no way did I feel that my belongings were secure when I left the room. Even the local taxi driver questioned if I was sure that I wanted to stay there. Front desk did not return our passport which was odd. Our room was full of mosquitoes, there was no plug to charge our phones, and the room was so small that I felt like we were staying in a closet. We ended up leaving after one night. "I was very disappointed with the housekeeping department. They did not clean my room for 3 days. Terribly BAD! I went to verbalize my concerns to the front desk and asked if the hotel staff clean the guest room daily. They stated sometimes. Horrible service, a Motel 6 provide better service"
