"This is a popular hotel for a reason: great location, great staff, good breakfast. The Hub rooms are compact and well designed - you get everything you need with a modern dashboard for controlling the AC, lights, etc. I would recommend this location and will likely choose it again."

"The location is great and the room was large. The hotel itself needs to be updated, the desk swayed back-and-forth if you put any weight on it. The bathroom had a bad odor and the door automatically shut so you have to prop something heavy against it to try and let it air out. The shower itself was fine, but the bathtub is very deep so if you’re not capable of getting in and out of a tall and deep tub, then don’t stay here. The room itself was fine, but it just needs to be updated, the carpet...

"It was very clean, staffs very helpful and it was close to everywhere and tube station just a walking distance but if there is no sign of the hotel it will be a little bit confusing, waterloo station is very nearby and could be reached by walking and there are plenty of restaurant and we could walk to london eye and under the bridge which an iconic famous graffiti"

"The room is basically a bed and a bathroom. No amenities, not even a wash cloth or a true hand towel (although there are towels and floor mats). I ended up using the floor mat as a wash cloth and asking for a second to use as a hand towel. No water glasses. Great blackout blinds."
