"The lady in the office is very nice, in our room one of our TV’s didn’t work properly, it was blurry, the bathroom had an odor of mold. "

"The property was decent however they do not have enough staff within housekeeping so my room was not cleaned and then after I checked out I was charged $100 for damages that were unexplained and without proof. When I attempted to call and ask for documentation, I was met with hostility and rudeness. I have been staying in hotels for a long time and I’ve never had something like this happen. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other option."

"IHop next door was a God send for us especially with our little picky eaters. Although this is listed as a hotel it is fair to say that it is more of a motel. The price and affordability was great especially when getting my cash incidental deposit back when I checked out. You can also pay for the room when you arrive in cash as well."

"We only needed a room for the night. We placed leftover pizza in the fridge. I started eating a slice of pizza & then notice a large roach crawling on my leftover pizza. I have never eaten roach pizza but this was a first. I felt sick to my stomach. We found 4 total roaches in the room. And they come out at night. Excellent hot water for showers. And the a/c was really good. We packed up & slept in the car."

"A truly wonderful property in a prime location. This was my third stay this month, and I’ve decided this is my exclusive choice for Melbourne. The upstairs rooms are exceptional, featuring vaulted ceilings, king beds, and thoughtful amenities like de-humidifiers and multiple mirrors (for you ladies). General Manager Minesh and his team are incredibly personable and helpful. I highly recommend an early morning walk along Riverview to enjoy the historic Craftsman homes, followed by coffee at the...
