"Location was good, easily walkable to most tourist attractions. Room was in a building down the road and across the street from the reception desk. Very small, window opened to a brick wall, safe didn’t work even after requesting it to be fixed, AC was non-existent, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, wires were hanging out of wall above the mirror in the bathroom and we couldn’t reach front desk using the phone."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker.
