"We loved this property for visit South Lake Tahoe. We had a large group with kids and had a blast. Pool is large and four hot tubs! Also, right next to Heavenly village. Perfect central location. Definitely returning."

"It was 90 degrees and there is no air condentioning they had basic fans in the rooms. You could not flush the toilet more than once in 30 minutes. The remotes for the TV work when they want to. They provide you with a coffee maker but they do not have coffee!! Good luck using your key card getting in your room! All in all terrible stay we left a day early."

"We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub is a bit small. The room was cute and functional. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The rooms were hot no ac. The room we got was dirty. Someone blew out the toilet, and was not clean. One of the staff came a day later to clean, the shower was dirty. We had ants in the restroom. The primes was clean, the parking and in to the hotel is a bit tight. The staff are so kind and welcoming"
